Rust and Chambray Almsee Dinnerware Collection

Introducing an exclusive collaboration between Land of Belle and Marie Daage. These Limoges plates, all free hand-painted in Daage's Paris studio, feature playful yet elegant curves and shapes.

LoB founder, Annabelle Moehlmann, set out to work with Marie to create a versatile design that felt distinctly fresh yet timeless, refined but strong and beautiful but not overly feminine. She wanted to create a dinnerware pattern that would be suitable for everyday use and the most special of occasions, and work well in a variety of geographic settings. With this prompt in mind, Marie drew inspiration from Almsee—a lovely and remote lake in Austria surrounded by wild forests, where Daage spent childhood holidays—bringing subtle nods to the aquatic life and traditional folkloric motifs of the region into the design of the plates.

The result is an unexpected design brought to life by the eye of the beholder: the dinnerware is equally at home in the city, in the mountains or by the sea.  Available in three exquisite colorways—rust and chambray, marine blue and periwinkle, and amethyst and spruce—they look lovely on their own or mixed and matched with our Dandelion dessert plates available in complementary colors.
