Bourg-Joly Malicorne

Bourg-Joly Malicorne, faïence d’art du Bourg-Joly, was founded in 1747, in the heart of the Sarthe River valley by Jean Loiseau. It is the oldest French earthenware company still in operation in Malicorne. Now headed by Eric and Sophie Le Calvez and their team, the products are handcrafted and hand painted in the same way that they have been done for over 250 years. In preserving French heritage, historical traditions, and ancestral techniques, classic and contemporary heirloom pieces are created that will be enjoyed by generations to come.
